Your appointment is very important to Georgia. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved for you and secured by a non refundable deposit. Deposits are only transferred to a new appointment if given 72hr notice or more.
If you are more than 15minutes late your appointment your appointment will be rescheduled. Georgia runs back to back and one client running behind throws off the entire day.
Any client with 3 no show/late cancellations is subject to dismissal.
1st strike - 50% of the appointment will be owed.
2nd strike - 100% of the appointment will be owed
3rd strike - client will no longer be able to book in with Georgia.
